We are very lucky to regularly hear the familiar twit twoo of this beautiful bird at night here on the farm, although this particular bird was drawn from photographs taken at a wildlife park, where it was very busy watching a small mammal scurrying about in the long grass near its perch. Drawn using pastels on UART sanded pastel paper this piece is mounted and framed ready to hang in its new home. It has attracted much interest and compliments when displayed so I’m sure it wont take long to find a home.
